Abdulla Saeed Khalfan al Qamzi Managing Director
Mr. Al Qamzi is a UAE National with considerable experience in the
housing and real estate industry. Prior to the foundation of Khidmah,
LLC, he served Sorouh Real Estate’s Asset & Property Department as
Manager of Operations and Property Management. Mr. Al Qamzi has a
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Computer System
Management. Recently he attended the Key Executive Program at Harvard
University. Before joining Sorouh, he worked with the office of
Presidential Affairs, focused on the housing for UAE Nationals.
Shelley Jenkins Director, Property Management
Mrs. Jenkins leads the Property Management Division for Khidmah, LLC
which includes Leasing, Sales, and Property Management Departments.
Before the formation of Khidmah, she worked for Sorouh Real Estate,
PJSC in a comparable role. Mrs. Jenkins has over 18 years experience
in property management. Her background encompasses hotel/motel,
residential, and compliance with state and federal housing programs.
Before coming to Sorouh, Mrs. Jenkins was the Vice President of Operations and Asset Management for Mission Housing Management and a Regional Vice President with Capstone Real Estate Services, one of the top 20 property management companies in the U.S. In 2006, Mrs. Jenkins participated in the Key Personnel Class at Harvard Business School (USA). She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University (USA).
Ensaf Ahmed Ali Sr. Manager of Leasing & ReSale
Mrs. Ensaf Ahmed Ali leads the leasing and resale units for Khidmah. With 12 years of experience in leasing and customer service, she manages Khidmah’s residential & commercial leasing and resale portfolio.
Prior to joining Khidmah, she worked with a number of high profile clients in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Kuwait, where she developed new business opportunities for these companies and added new portfolios to the business.
Mrs. Ensaf holds Certificate in Brokerage and Business Planning and Professional Real Estate Management from U.A.E Academy, American Institute of Real Estate –Virginia, U.S.A
